Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours offers year round guided ATV tours, Salmon Fishing and Bear Viewing and snowmobile tours in the winter. We also arrange fishing trips hiking and backpacking, flight-seeing, rafting and more.  Our signature ATV and Snowmobile adventures are simply unbeatable. Ride along with Alaska's experts in outdoor adventure on your own ATV or Snowmobile. We even have a two seat ATV for those who prefer not to drive but want to ride along.  Each tour starts with some brief safety instruction followed by a demonstration of how to operate the equipment.  Beginners have an opportunity to practice before heading down the trail
 
  1. GLACIER VIEW ATV TOUR - This exciting trip takes you on ATV through wooded mountain trails, over crystal clear streams, to some of the best places to spot wildlife in the Matanuska Valley. The tour generally lasts 4 hours.
  2. KNIK GLACIER ATV ADVENTURE- Here's a popular adventure for everyone. This ATV trip covers over 60 miles of premium Alaskan backcountry. We take you right to the Knik Glacier through the some of the most exciting and scenic trails Alaska offers. Be on the lookout for wildlife everywhere. A delicious meal is included with this unforgettable ride. This trip is a full 9 hour day of nonstop thrills.
  3. ALASKAN ATV EXPEDITION - If you want to experience it all, this multi-day ATV tour is for you! Explore the trails, visit the glacier, enjoy some real Alaskan food, and spend a cozy night under the stars with our own wilderness camping experts. You'll be talking about this one for years!
  4. ARCTIC ADVENTURE - This is a full day snowmobile tour through the lake country of the Mat-Su Valley. It includes magnificent views of the Alaska mountains and a spectacular hot meal on the trail. You may choose to try your hand at ice fishing with our own fishing guide for an extra $75.
  5. AURORA EXPEDITION - This multi-day snowmobile tour is a genuine Alaska experience. Ride your snowmobile for miles out into the lake country and nestle into a cozy lodge for the night. And if those beautiful northern lights are out, you're going to have a front row seat! You may go ice fishing on this tour as well for the $75 fishing guide charge. If you do go fishing, have that camera ready, because the bald eagles get very curious about what you're doing.
